We hope you are getting ready for an exciting school year. Below is some important information we wanted everyone to have to be ready for the school year.
Class Lists/Schedules: Below is how a student/parent/guardian in each building can find out this information:
Primary/Intermediate: Class lists will be posted at 4:30 on August 10th. These lists will be left on the front doors facing Comstock throughout the weekend.
Junior High: 7th grade students will get their schedules during orientation on August 9 at 6:00.
All 7th grade students that did not attend orientation/8th grade students may pick them up in the office August 10, 13, 14.
Homerooms will be posted on the glass doors in the morning of the first day of school.
High School: Grades 9th through 12th Open House, High School Building, will be Monday, August 13th, from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. Schedules can be picked up and parking pass purchased in the following order the week before school starts:
Seniors August 8
Juniors August 9
Sophmores August 10
Freshman August 15 (at orientation)
Please keep in mind that a “Consent for Random Drug Testing” form needs to be signed by student and parent before a parking pass can be purchased. Also, Freshman only will start August 15 and schedules will be handed out to them at that time. Seniors, Juniors and Sophomores will start August 16.
School Start/End Times:
Primary/Intermediate: 8:55 a.m. – 3:35 p.m.
Junior High: 7:28 a.m – 2:25 p.m.
High School: 7:40 a.m. – 2:38 p.m.
District Coffee Talks– Come and talk to the superintendent about what is going on in the district. Aug. 22nd. 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Center Street Cafe and 6-7 p.m. at the Germantown Public Library. After Aug. 22nd, the coffee talks will be the 3rd Wednesday of every month at the above times and places.
– For parents/guardians of Primary/Intermediate School parents: Please do not cross Main Street at Comstock. In working with community members and police officials, it would be safer to cross at other locations.
– Reminder that pay-to-participate fees are due prior to a student being able to play in a game/contest.
